Use on clean, dry skin. Let the serum absorb. Do not rinse.

Want nourish ment? Apply the eye oil once your skin is cleaned
Use with care
For external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eye. Keep out of reach of children. If irritation or contact with the eye occurs, rinse with cool water and discontinue use.

When should I apply it?
Once daily, in the evening, on clean, dry skin. Draw a thin line along the upper lash line. If you wear mascara in the morning, apply the serum first and let it dry.
Why isn’t there a seal on the cap?
VELCILA does not include a tamper seal on the cap or box. That is completely normal. The product is ready to use straight out of the box.
The serum isn’t watery. Is that right?
Yes — that is by design. VELCILA is a clear, gel-like formula. When applied to paper, it can leave a faint residue. That is the serum doing its job.
What is in the formula?
The serum is built with Hexatein® 1 Complex, peptides, hyaluronic care, biotin, panthenol, pumpkin seed extract, and soybean oil. The full ingredient list is on our Ingredients page.
